Le développement des compétences des responsables des coopératives : Etude empirique au sein de la région de Meknès

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to push for a collective approach to develop the skills of managers cooperatives in Morocco. To achieve this 14 cooperatives in the Meknes region serve as platform for an empirical study of a qualitative nature. A mathematical ranking of skills in order of importance is established, needs have emerged and progress of trails are groomed.
