is a doctoral student of Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) in the Operations Management Area at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). After completing his B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, he worked in the Operations Management Department of a power plant (Reliance Infrastructure Limited) for two years. is the founder and Director of Divyam Leather Crafts Pvt Ltd Kolhapur and is also working as Associate Professor at Sanjay Ghodawat Institutes, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Before starting his own venture, he worked as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He had obtained his M. Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad and his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, India.
