Važniji satelitski programi sistematskog snimanja Zemlje / Some major satellite programmes of the systematical survey of the Earth

Abstract

Mnogobrojne prirodne i društvene pojave se neprekidno prate, izviđaju, snimaju i analiziraju u funkciji ispoljavanja čovekovog uticaja na njihova kretanja. Sve su češća stalna i povremena satelitska praćenja i snimanja koja se obavljaju u različite svrhe. U radu su predstavljeni važniji satelitski programi sistematskog snimanja Zemlje, koji se međusobno razlikuju po visini putanje, brzini obilaska oko Zemlje, opremi koju nose, posebno senzorima, te vrstom i kvalitetom snimaka površine Zemlje. / Numerous natural and social phenomena are constantly being observed, surveyed, registered and analyzed in the light of man's actions and influence on their course. It is obvious that permanent and periodical satellite observations and registrations conducted for various purposes are unavoidable nowadays. The paper deals with more important satellite programmes of the systematical survey of the Earth, which mutually differ according to the height of their orbit, their cruising speed, equipment they are equipped with, sensors in particular, as well as the type and quality of their images of the Earth.
