Bibliometric articles: academic production disclosed in national journals under optic social network analysis

This article aims to analyze the pattern of growth and the academic production of bibliometric articles in national journals in the field of Management, Accounting and Tourism (2010-2012), during the period 1999-2013. For this, we used methodologically, the techniques of social network analysis in 366 identified. The main results concerned that journals that were highlighted in this study were: RAC and RAE. The HEIs: USP, UFSC and FURB have excelled in the production of bibliometric papers. And the themes that were emphasized in bibliometric studies were: teaching and research in accounting and scientific methodology. We conclude that the results of this study show macro data and information like this in the works, published and disseminated the research that deal with bibliometrics in Administration, Accounting and Tourism (2010-2012), a contributing factor to the generation new related studies and / or works that focus on bibliometric analysis, providing the creation of knowledge in various fields of knowledge, especially in areas now emphasized in this research, contributing to the promotion of general in the national academic literature various topics, which are , mature, emerging and / or incipient.
