In Physical Education the perspectives‘critico-superadora’ and ‘crítico-emancipatória’ sustain an essential role of reflection as one of the main strategies for works based on these perspectives. In this context, the goal of this text is to analyze how reflectionpromotes a specific educational experience with the objective of shapinga critical subject. This proposal allows us to analyze the procedures to conform pedagogical practices whichpromote experiences of the pupils his/her own conscience.
