THE NORTH CAUCASIAN STATISTICAL COMMITTEES IN A LANDSCAPE OF THE SCIENTIFIC SOCIETIES OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The participation of the North Caucasian regional (provincial) statistical committees in studying of the North Caucasus in the second half of 19th – the beginning of 20th centuries is analyzed in this article.
