Abstract

On the one hand the politically unsophisticated inhabitants of the rural areas are not ripe for revolution and on the other hand technological developments of the past few decades have detrimentally influenced the position of the guerrilla in this area. The South African city as spatial base for an insurgent state is analysed and discussed in the article below.
