DETERMINATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF THE MATERIAL-TECHNICAL MEANS TO THE CONSUMER BY VEHICLES OF DIFFERENT TYPIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the method of determining such an indicator of efficiency as an opportunity for the timely delivery of means (missiles and munitions, fuel oils, food and real estate, etc.) to the troops during operations (combat operations) by vehicles of different types (automobile, air, railway , water (sea, river)). The analysis of existing methods (techniques) that are devoted to the substantiation of the system of transport of troops during the operation (combat operations) is presented, as well as their deficiencies are identified, in particular, the inaccuracies in determining the speeds of vehicles during the supply of material and technical means (MtM), the distance of points provision from the points of consumption of MtM, which, in turn, causes the inaccuracy of determining the number of possible runs in the process of providing MtM. These shortcomings affect the accuracy of determining the time spent on the delivery of consumable MtM from the point of support to the point of delivery. Subsequently, the method of determining the timely delivery of MtM to the consumer by different kinds of transport can be used during the improvement of the method (methodology) justification of the requirements for the system of transport of troops during operations (combat operations).
