Understanding and perception are highly connected with the auditory clarity, for transforming of the ideas and feelings between the mind of speaker and the listener, and the aim behind this process is to percept the message through linguistic analysis and decoding the auditory symbols and the process will happened smoothly when the speaker’s expression is an auditory organ of the listener and working well . The research makes a comparison between the linguistic voices in the Kurdish language which is one of the Indo - Europeans and the Arabic language from the Semitics. The comparison is to mention the voices which affect the auditory clarity. There are some voices which have the same effect on the auditory voices in both languages; on the other hand, there are different voices which just one of the two languages, the research deals with the similar and the different voices in both language in which they affect or not the auditory voices of the listener.
