Information Architecture of New Internet Knowledge Payment Platform：Audio Knowledge Service Platform Case

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] In the context of the popularization of users and audio content increasing of the new Internet knowledge payment platform, its information organization shows difference from the traditional knowledge service platform. The study analyzes the information architecture of the new knowledge payment platform, and proposes optimization strategies. [Method/Process] Apply with information architecture theory, select audio knowledge service platform case to analyze characteristics in organization, identification, navigation and retrieval. [Results/Conclusion] The information architecture of audio knowledge service platform is different from the traditional platform by users, content and context. The attributes of knowledge business, the modality of knowledge dissemination and the mode of knowledge production are important factors affecting the information architecture of audio knowledge service platform. Audio knowledge service platform could provide reference for other platforms in terms of audio services, learn from traditional classification and subject methods, and make cross platform information architecture.
