Tricuspid Atresia with Double-outlet Left Ventricle and Pulmonary Stenosis
Abstract
Tricuspid atresia is typically classified according to the relationship with the great arteries, the location of the ventricular septal defect, and the nature of the pulmonary flow. A condition where both great arteries arise from the left ventricle is an exceedingly uncommon occurrence. In this case study, we present a unique case of a young infant diagnosed with tricuspid atresia accompanied by a double-outlet left ventricle and pulmonary stenosis. We showcase this rare scenario through detailed multimodality imaging.
