Abstract

President of the Camera of Basic Education of the National Council of Education and Coordinator of the Masters degree of the Papal Catholic University of Minas Gerais. It was one of the elaboradores of the National Guidelines for the Special Education in the Basic Education and author of the Opinion 4/2002, that treats of the Inclusive Education.
