Interferon alfa-2b in complex therapy of intrauterine infection in newborns from mothers with bacterial-viral mixt-infections

Abstract

Results of application of human interferon alfa-2b in newborns with intrauterine infection from mothers with bacterial-viral mixtinfection are presented in the article. Findings were proved that Vitaferon is an effective for treatment of intrauterine infection in newborn infants. The Vitaferon administration consisting of standard therapy is favorable for improvement of newborn’s clinical state, diminishing of treatment duration and decreasing of degree of dysadaptation syndromes due to elimination of dysfunctional immune disorders.
