CLINICAL AND LABORATORY CRITERIA OF APPOINTMENT OF SELENAZA AT NEWBORNS WITH THE RESPIRATORY DISTRESS-SINDROMOM COMPLICATED BY SEPSIS
Abstract
Purpose: development of diagnostic criteria of the sepsis, allowing early appointment of selenase, at newborns with the respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) being on artificial ventilation of lungs (AVL).Materials and methods: controlled randomized blind clinical test of application of selenase at newborns with RDS and perinatal defeat of TsNS being on the AVL was carried out. 100 newborn children being in a critical condition were surveyed.Results: during the study, the method of «decision trees», formulated diagnostic rules of allocation of sepsis, with an accuracy of 77,78%, sensitivity of 84% and specificity of 75,38%.Summary: The use of diagnostic rules will be suspected sepsis, at the stage of admission to the intensive care unit, which, in turn, serve as the basis for appointment selenazy and will assist in those patients who need selenium first.
