Focusing on one area of Mojokerto Regency, East Java, which still has a lot of paddy fields so that it is utilized by the local community. Without realizing it, the owner of this rice mill, on average, does not think about the impact felt by the surrounding population from the rice mill. Many residents complain of shortness of breath, cough, and sore throat caused by this rice mill, which does not pay attention to the disposal of its waste. Companies must maintain relationships with their stakeholders by accommodating the wishes and needs of their stakeholders, especially stakeholders who have power over the availability of resources used for the company's operational activities so that research is carried out. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. In this study, 500 populations were taken within 3 months. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis technique in this study used the PLS technique. Conclusion: There is an effect of EMA on GI, There is an effect of EMA on Financial Performance, There is no influence of GI on Financial Performance, There is an influence of Innovation Strategy on GI, There is an influence of Innovation Strategy on GI, and There is an influence of Innovation Strategy on Financial Performance
