DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE MECHANISMS WAGE IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

The article describes the features of the formation of an effective mechanism of remuneration in the construction, summarizes the problem and specified ways to improve wages, taking into account the current operating conditions of construction enterprises and provides both interest in the results of their work and its social security. The model of formation of wages, depending on the chosen approach to the distribution of the relevant part of income between workers and employers.
