Système de partis et partis antisystèmes en Bolivie. Émergence du MIP et du MAS sur la scène politique bolivienne depuis 2000

Abstract

The article tries to understand the emergence and the insertion in the system of Bolivian parties of two new formings (the MAS and the MIP) been born thanks to the social mobilizations of these last years and which want their «political instruments». The interrogation concerns the hybrid nature of these parties which we often call «antisystem». What type of structure are they capable of establishing because of their permeability with the social organizations? How do they adapt themselves to the institutional system while they arise from it questioning? So many paradoxes which report the intensity of the debate on the democracy in Bolivia in a context of grave political and economic crisis.
