CONTRARREFORMA DA EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR: UNIRIO e o empresariamento do ensino nas IFES

Abstract

This paper presents part of the studies and research in GEPES / UFF on the process of counter-reform of university education in the IFEs in the State of Rio de Janeiro, particularly in UNIRIO. This counter-reform of university education is not isolated but part of a major reconfiguration of the public sector held by the counter-reform of the Brazilian government implemented by Fernando Henrique Cardoso (1995-2002) and Luís Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2009) and is profoundly changing the Brazilian Federal Universities.
