Aim: This study was carried out to investigate the effect of team-work between healthcare professionals on job satisfaction. Method: This cross-sectional and descriptive study was conducted with 381 health professionals working in a university hospital between 08 May-29 September 2017. The data of the research were gathered using "Personal Information Form", "Team Work Attitude Questionnaire (TWAQ)" and "Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (MJSS)”. Results: The mean age of participants was 34.26±8.54. In the study, it was determined that the majority of healthcare were nurses, women, married, undergraduates and they were working in medical units for 1-5 years and 40 hours or more per week. The mean scores of the TWAQ and MJSS scores were 114.38±14.40 and 66.18±14.98, respectively, and there was a weak but statistically significant relationship between the scores averages of TWAQ and MJSS (r=0.306, p<0.000). Conclusion: In the study, it was found that the teamwork attitudes of healthcare professionals were high and their job satisfaction was slightly above the medium level. It has been determined that there is a parallel correlation between the increase in professionals' desire for teamwork and the increase in their job satisfaction.
