La apertura de establecimientos comerciales y la venta ambulante en el ámbito local catalán en la actualidad

Abstract

At the beginnig of the administrative interventionism over internal trade, local entities were the public subjects with greater responsabilities in this sector. Hence in this work we address which role of the catalan local administration have nowadays in the field of the opening of commercial establishments and ambulant sales in the light of the effects produced by the Directive on Services and its transposition by the Act of Guarantee of the Unity of the Market from 2013.
