This paper studies bachelor & master teachers in educational sciences using synchronous virtual classroom software. The fieldwork is the French virtual campus FORSE. The main approach focuses on the impact of ICT uses on the mediation. We chose four main axes: the effects of synchronous virtual classroom on human mediation; the semiotic impact of the software on the pedagogy of the teacher; the impact of mediation on pedagogical ICT design; and the interactions between teachers and students. The results prove that using software is never without consequences and impacts the pedagogical relationship between teachers and students.
