Study of educational relevance in the career of Psychology in Jalisco, Mexico
Abstract
Educational relevance is focused on linking the market with the graduate profile, in order to produce synergies of labor insertion once the professional training is completed. The duality of variables makes it possible to dimension the constitutive evidences of learning and the careful phenomenological description of the different competences acquired, prioritizing the configuration of thought atmospheres impregnated with the notion of organic fields for the modification of work ecosystems. This is qualitative-quantitative research, where three nuclei of analysis are added: the graduates, employers of graduates and teachers, where the issue of relevance in the market is addressed from the educational program (curriculum). The conclusion is that there is a lack of technical, methodological and theoretical information with greater rigor, frequency and consistency within the field of the Higher Education Institutions (HEI).
