Abstract

The contradictions between such categories as universal and individual, training and education, student and teacher can be resolved by changing the focus of the education system. Taking care of oneself must determine self-discovery, only then the system of continuous education, personal growth and ethical view of self activity will become not extracted, but internalized values of life for an individual. A human being with a unique set of properties and social knowledge has the best prospects, but he is the only person to construct himself.
