This article, based on the criteria for a good university teaching project as described in Visibility (2004-2007), describes good practice inuniversity teachingat the Faculty ofHumanities andEducation at the University of Mondragon. The text outlines the context and process which led to the implementation of the educational project in the Degree in Early Childhood Education in the Faculty, the basis of the project and the training and involvement of the university teachers. The key qualities of the project are principally the involvement of the rector and the university itself, the commitment and training of the teaching staff, the overall vision of the university community, the application of active methodologies, a multidisciplinary perspective, small working groups and the monitoring of students, to name but a few. Continuities and discontinuities between the project in the former Diploma and present day Degree programs are also mentioned. The text is written from two different perspectives which share a common harmony. The first author of the article, a visitor to the Faculty, observes, questions, records and interviews, and is able to perceive and interpret what cannot be heard and seen from within the institution. The second author, from within, follows a path, creates, plans, and implements, watching and listening for day to day details, both great and small.
