Le titre, le poste et la compétence
Abstract
Coming originally from the professional field, the notion of ability has been introduced in education as well as in vocational education. There remains now to understand what this notion could bring to the theoretician of the educational field in terms of cognitive advance and praxeology. Subsequently analysing the heuristic challenges contained in the efforts of definition and the debates concerning the numerical abilities can hardly be understood without carrying out a characterization, their genesis and their institutionalization process.
