Construction and screening of a library of all stereochemical isomers of coronatine, a mimic of the plant hormone (+)-7-iso-jasmonoyl-L-isoleucine, identify subtype-selective agonists for COI1-JAZ co-receptors in A. thaliana and S. lycopersicum.
