LES DIFFICULTES D’INSERTION DANS LE MARCHE DU TRAVAIL ET LA PROMOTION DE L’EMPLOI PRIVE AU MAROC
Abstract
Revolutions around the world are mainly due to the factor of youth unemployment, as they have not found another way to make their voices heard in the hope of a change. This is the case of Tunisia cradle of Arab Spring which began following the suicide of an unemployed graduate. Morocco is not spared of this problem, population with limited access to employment is very important. These are among others related to age, sex, remoteness of the professional, non qualifying and the mismatch between training and basic needs of the labor market. Several questions arise in this problematic situation: What are the causes of unemployment in Morocco? What are its economic and social consequences? What are the main actions taken to improve the situation? Can Businesses be an alternative to the government? Under what conditions private employment can be an alternative to the public much preferred by graduates? In what follows, we will try to shed some light on the issue raised.
