APPLICATION OF NEURAL NETWORK MODELING METHODS TO BUILD A DESCRIPTIVE MODEL OF THE ARCTIC SPACE ON EXAMPLE OF THE NENETS AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT

Abstract

This article discusses the possible interaction regions of the Arctic zone. Describes the options for models of neural networks that can be used to project the development of the Arctic zone, taking into account the interaction of individual regions. Parsed version of the model for one area of the Arctic system on example of the Nenets Autonomous district. Calculation of coeffi cients of the proposed model by means of neural network modeling.
