EVALUATION OF STABILIZATION PROGRAMS’ IMPLEMENTATION FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES

Abstract

The mechanism of estimation of the programs of stabilizing of enterprises of communal sphere of Ukraine is offered. Which allows complex and comprehensively to estimate all components of the program, and also, to analyse sufficientness temporal and financial the program backlogs used for reacting on external irritants.
