Las normas ISO 9000: 2000 en las actividades de registro sanitario
Abstract
Se presenta una comunicación breve sobre las normas ISO 9000:2000 en las actividades de registro sanitario. Con la finalidad de lograr un alto grado de calidad en el servicio científico - técnico ofrecido en las actividades del registro sanitario de juguetes, productos y tecnologías ambientales en el Instituto Nacional de Higiene, Epidemiología y Microbiología, se tomó la decisión estratégica de diseñar e implementar un sistema de gestión de la calidad según la norma cubana NC ISO 9001:2001, con lo cual la organización debe demostrar su capacidad para satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de sus clientes.A short communication on the ISO 9000:2000 standards in the health registry activities is presented. In order to attain a high quality degree in the scientific and technical service provided in the activities of the health registry of environemtal toys, products and technologies at the National Institute of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Microbiology, it was made the strategical decision of designing aand implementing a quality management system according to the NC ISO 9001:2001 Cuban standard, with which the organization should show its capacity to satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients.
