PENGATURAN PRAKTEK MEDIASI TERHADAP UPAYA PENYELESAIAN PERSELISIHAN HUBUNGAN INDUSTRIAL DI INDONESIA
Abstract
An industrial relations dispute often lead to conflict between employees/unions/ labor unions with employers that require dispute resolution method or formula between them to protect and provide a solution that is acceptable to the parties. In Law Number 2 a tender in 2004 for the settlement of the Industrial Dispute organize a labor dispute resolution requires a labor dispute resolution mechanism based on deliberation by promoting bipartite mechanisms and mediation as a main prerequisite prior to entry into the judicial mechanisms of industrial relations.
