Visual analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for lung cancer patients with chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting based on CiteSpace (基于CiteSpace的肺癌患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐中医护理研究热点分析)

Abstract

Objective To explore research hotspots and development trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing interventions in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV) in lung cancer patients by using CiteSpace software. Methods Relevant literatures on TCN nursing interventions in the treatment of CINV from CNKI database were retrieved from the Jan 1, 2004 to Jan 1, 2024 and visualized by the CiteSpace 6. 3. R1 software. Results A total of 96 related literatures were included, and the number of publications showed an increasing trend. The keywords were acupoint application and acupoint injection, and researches focused mainly on the effect of TCM nursing on patients’ quality of life. Conclusion Efforts had been made to investigate the effect of TCM nursing on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in recent two decades over china, and numbers of published studies continues to increase. Given the lack of innovation and in-depth studies, it is required to enhance the training of TCM nursing specialists and improve the quality of TCM nursing for lung cancer patients with nausea and vomiting (目的 采用知识图谱分析近二十年针对肺癌患者恶心呕吐中医护理领域的研究现状、热点和未来发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网数据库中有关肺癌患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐中医护理技术的文献, 检索时限自2004年1月1日—2024年1月1日, 运用CiteSpace 6. 3. R1版本进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入96篇相关文献, 年发文量呈缓慢增长趋势。关键词共现知识图谱分析显示中医护理关键词频较高的是穴位贴敷、穴位注射两项技术。从关键词突现分析来看, 肺癌患者生活质量为研究者的评价热点。结论 近二十年我国研究者针对肺癌患者恶心呕吐中医护理领域开展了积极的探索与研究, 整体发展态势良好。研究的创新性及深度还不足, 建议加强中医护理专科人才的培养, 促进中医护理在肺癌恶心呕吐方面取得更高质量的研究。)
