الملامح الديموغرافية لسكان دول حوض النيل وأثرها على الأمن المائي المصري

Abstract

يعد موضوع الأمن المائي المصري من الموضوعات الاستراتيجية الحيوية المهمة التى تشغل اهتمام الباحثين، وذلك نظراً للأهمية الكبيرة التي تحتلها المياه فى دول حوض النيل التي تتميز بالمحدودية والندره وخاصة مع تزايد الضغط السكاني وزيادة الطلب على المياه فى كل المجالات، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهم الخصائص الديموجرافية لسكان دول حوض النيل باعتبار أن السكان هم القوة البشرية المحركة والداعمة لأي تعاون مثمر بين الدول، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الموارد المائية المتاحة فى دول حوض النيل ومستوى ندرة المياه، ومدى امكانية التعاون المشترك بينهم من خلال استعراض مؤشرات التنمية المختلفة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتاريخي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام البيانات الثانوية الصادرة من تقارير التنمية البشرية وبيانات البنك الدولي، ويخلص البحث إلى مقترحات وتوصيات محددة تهدف إلى تفعيل التعاون والتكامل بين دول حوض النيل وإلى وضع قواعد ومبادىء سليمة لصيانة الأمن المائي المصري. Abstract The issue of Egyptian water security is one of the vital and important strategic issues that occupy the attention of researchers, given the great importance that water occupies in the Nile Basin countries, which are characterized by limited and scarcity, especially with the increase in population pressure and the increase in demand for water in all fields.This research aims to shed light on the most important demographic characteristics of the population of the Nile Basin countries, considering that the population is the human force that drives and supports any fruitful cooperation between countries, in addition to identifying the available water resources in the Nile Basin countries and the level of water scarcity, and the extent of the possibility of joint cooperation between them through A review of the various development indicators, and the researcher used the descriptive, analytical and historical approach, in addition to using secondary data issued by human development reports and data from the World Bank. .The research concludes with specific proposals and recommendations aimed at activating cooperation and integration among the Nile Basin countries and at setting sound
