THE MODERN TRENDS IN DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS INCUBATOR IN STAVROPOL REGION

Abstract

Today, the state pays special attention to the issue of supporting small business. To this end, various programs are being developed to stabilize and develop them. This articlediscusses the development trends and specifics of the functioning of business incubators as a special form of support and development of small businesses. The effectiveness of business centers has been analyzed in terms of the residents ' ability to «survive», a comparative analysis of Russian and American business incubators has been carried out, a possible number of reasons for the emergence ofproblems in their activities has been identified, and measures have been proposed to form a real basis for the development of small business in the Stavropol Territory.
