Analysis and Research of Adhesion Problem of Fingerprint Resistant Coating on Coil
Abstract
The coil fingerprint resistant liquid used thermoplastic acrylic resin as the main film-forming substance, which was prone to adhesion after curing into the film. In order to solve this problem, the hardness of fingerprint resistant coating was adjusted by cold assembling polymers with different hardness, and the curing degree of fingerprint resistant coating was adjusted by selecting the coalescent agents. Then, the anti-adhesion performance of the fingerprint resistant coating was characterized. Results showed that the hardness of the fingerprint resistant coating was increased after the high-hardness polymer was incorporated into the fingerprint resistant liquid product, and the anti-adhesion property was significantly improved. The coil could be peeled off naturally, without peeling sound and no damage on the panel surface. Selecting alcohol ether coalescent aids with hydrophilicity, medium speed to slow evaporation, short semi volatilization period and large partition coefficient, which could increase the curing degree of the fingerprint resistant coating in a very short curing time. And the anti-adhesive property was therefore improved. The coil could be peeled off by slight pulling force, without peeling sound and no damage on the panel surface.
