KETERPAPARAN MEDIA MASSA DENGAN PRILAKU SEKSUAL DI STIK BINA HUSADA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2017
Abstract
Latar belakang: Survei Badan Koordinasi Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) tahun 2008 menunjukkan 63% remaja di Indonesia usia sekolah sudah melakukan hubungan seksual di luar nikah. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan pandangan remaja pada nilai - nilai agama, sosial, moral dan telah terjadi pergeseran sikap yang perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui hubungan keterpaparan media massa dengan perilaku seks remaja di STIK Bina Husada Palembang tahun 2017. Metode penelitian: ini bersifat survey analytic dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi 517 orang dengan sampel 84 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel systematic random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni s.d Agustus 2017 dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi dan selanjutnya penelitian menggunakan uji chi square bivariat untuk melihat hubungan keterpaparan media massa dengan perilaku seks remaja di STIK Bina Husada Palembang tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian: ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 84 responden terdapat 52 orang (61,9%) terpapar dengan media massa, 48 orang (57,1%) pernah melakukan perilaku seks yang berisiko dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara keterpaparan media massa dengan perilaku seks remaja di STIK Bina Husada Palembang tahun 2017 (X2 hitung = 5,77 > X2 tabel = 3,841). Kesimpulan: bahwa lebih dari separuh responden terpapar dengan media massa, lebih dari separuh perilaku seks remaja berisiko, dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara keterpaparan media massa dengan perilaku seks remaja di STIK Bina Husada Palembang tahun 2017. Background: The 2008 National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN) survey showed 63% of teenagers in Indonesia at school age had sexual relations outside of marriage. The data shows that there has been a change in the views of adolescents on religious, social, moral values and there has been a shift in attitudes that need attention. This research study aims to determine the relationship between exposure to mass media and adolescent sexual behavior in STIK Bina Husada Palembang in 2017. This research method is survey analytic with a cross sectional study design. The total population of 517 people with a sample of 84 people. The sampling technique was systematic random sampling. This research was conducted in June until August 2017 using a questionnaire. Data are presented in the frequency distribution table and furthermore the research uses bivariate chi square test to see the relationship of mass media exposure to adolescent sex behavior in Bina Husada Palembang STIK in 2017. The results of this study indicate that of 84 respondents there were 52 people (61.9%) exposed with mass media, 48 people (57.1%) have had risky sexual behavior and there is a significant relationship between exposure to mass media and teen sex behavior in STIK Bina Husada Palembang in 2017 (X2 count = 5.77> X2 table = 3.841 ) Based on the results of this study it was concluded that more than half of the respondents were exposed to mass media, more than half of adolescent sexual behavior was at risk, and there was a significant relationship between exposure to mass media and adolescent sex behavior in STIK Bina Husada Palembang in 2017.
