Nasal mass in the pediatric population is most commonly benign and thus treated with low suspicion for malignancy. Ewing's sarcoma is the most common pediatric malignancy and usually arises in the diaphysis of long bones. Only 1–2% of Ewing's sarcoma cases are in the head and neck region and even fewer in the nasal cavity. Here we report and extremely rare case of nasal cavity Ewing's sarcoma, the differential diagnosis, and review of treatment considerations.
