Abstract:The main concern of this article is to examine the democratic’s and republican’s perspectives towards Multiculturalism and the national identity in the united States during Obama’s and Trump’s Terms. This investigation shows that during Obama’s termthe democrats indoresed a multicultural respect of all citizens and call for balancing between individual’s freedom and the society unity, while during Trump’s term the republicans promoted a stong american society that respect civil laws over cultural diversity.
