This article aims to analyze the insertion of UEMS Tourism graduates in this sector the Foods and Drinks on data from restaurants association with Abrasel in Campo Grande/MS. This study is qualitative and exploratory and used field research, which had structured by interviews with the owners of the associated restaurants, which were analyzed using the method of analysis Collective Subject Discourse (DSC). The results showed that the skills, knowledge and abilities of the bachelor od tourism are corresponding to the expectations in the market. However, a large proportion of managers are unaware of the profession and role that business can play in various ventures.
