Making and implementing decisions is a central function of management. Health care managers should direct their efforts in that direction. The main goal of the nurses' managers is to configure the nursing workforce so that it can provide a safe quality of patient care. The nurse professional has the ability to interpret knowledge, competence, the recognized professional ability at his disposal, which is the result of spe-cific training, learning and exercising. It includes knowledge, skills and attitudes through communication, teaching, critical thinking, physical care, collaboration with team members and laymen, application of the sister process and sisterhood management. Certain level of education requires a certain level of supervision. The poorly educated staff does not prefer supervision, unlike highly educated workers who are to a certain extent supervised and involved. Management is subject to learning and change, under the influence of new knowledge and experience.
