Da condição docente: primeiras aproximações teóricas On the condition of teachers: first theoretical approaches

Abstract

O artigo contém um esforço de tocar na docência, observando sua textura e procurando decifrar seu texto. Nele estão contidas algumas aproximações teóricas acerca da condição docente, procurando compreendê-la em sua fundação e realização nos dias atuais, em busca da matéria prima e historicidade que a constituem. Desenvolve-se o argumento de que a condição docente se instaura e se realiza a partir da relação entre docente e discente, presente nos territórios da escola e da sala de aula, em especial.This paper is an effort to deal with teaching, observing its texture and trying to decipher its text. It contains some theoretical approaches on the condition of teachers that seek to understand it in its foundation and current realization, in the pursuit of the raw material and historicity that constitute it. The argument developed is that the condition of teachers is established and realized on the bases of the relationship between teachers and students found in the school premises, more particularly in the classroom.
