FEATURE OF THE CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH DISORDERS OF URIC ACID METABOLISM IN COMBINATION WITH OBESITY AND NON-ALCOHOLIC STEATOHEPATATIS
Abstract
Summary. To study clinical manifestations in patients with impaired metabolism of uric acid in combination with obesity and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. The diagnosis of NASH was established on the grounds of exclusion criteria of chronic diffuse liver disease, viral, autoimmune, genetic and medical etiology as the cause of cytolytic syndrome, as well as on the basis of increased echogenicity and decreased conduction liver ultrasound findings. In patients with impaired metabolism of uric acid in combination with obesity and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis noted features such as the presence of clinical manifestations of dyspeptic, abdominal, joint syndrome, and the presence of the phenomenon of “biliary sludge”, which indicates a high risk of developing gallstones.
