It has been wrongly thought that foreign countries and their multinational companies hurried to the countries in transition to get benefits by buying facilities and get cheap workforce. There is follow by hidden plan. Getting new knowledge and intellectual properties is at the first place. Secondly, getting new technologies, sorts, patents, highly educated individuals, importing dirty technologies that pollute the environment and only at the third place can be buildings, cheap workforce etc. From security standpoint and the survival of the transitional countries the basic question is how to guard devastating intellect and nonmaterial properties of the country, because without them the country becomes dependent for all times, just from those who has done that in a perfidious and obviously in an intentionally aimed way. There will always be corporations that will try to usurp intangible assets of others, without investing their own scientific, intellectual and workforce and money. This is possible because, throughout the world, they are given possibilities to 'steal' that property from others (with profit at the end). The reason why that 'theft' is made easier is weather the target end the owner of the property is not conscious of its significant or he neglects the danger of the theft (takeover) believing that nobody will attack just them of all people. For those, who naively believe that they don't possess property which will be 'attacked' by someone, and they don't want to know that it should be protected, and how to protect it, but the moment of sobering will be the moment of destruction. In this paper work the author deals with intangible assets, sources, forms and carriers of its endangering as well as the way in with it can be lost.
