Entre o mundão e a Casa: A passagem pelo Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo ao Adolescente (Fundação Casa) e a aproximação aos códigos e procederes do sistema prisional

Abstract

Diante do crescimento do número de jovens cumprindo medidas socioeducativas de internação no país, o presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar o perfil, a trajetória e as representações dos egressos das unidades socioeducativas da Fundação Casa sobre o período de cumprimento da medida socioeducativa de internação e da medida em meio aberto de Liberdade Assistida. A pesquisa aponta que, para os egressos das unidades de internação, a medida vem sendo compreendida enquanto pena e as unidades socioeducativas, como prisão. Quando em liberdade, a medida de internação amplia o status positivo dos jovens frente ao crime e o status negativo frente à instituição escolar e ao mundo do trabalho. The article Between the World and the Casa: The Passage Through the Center for Socio-educational Assistance to the Adolescent – Casa Foundation and the Approximation to the Codes and Procedures of the Prison System aims to analyze the profile, trajectory and representations of the young graduates of the socioeducational units of the Casa Foundation about the period of compliance with the hospitalization measure and of the socioeducative measure in open means of Assisted Freedom. The research points out that the practices of the former Febem still remain in force in the daily life of the Casa and men's representations of the institution. When in freedom, the socio-educational measure of internment increases the positive status of young people in the face of crime and the negative status of the school institution and the world of work.Keywords: youth, infraction act, internment, assisted freedom, Casa Foundation
