Ponderações sobre os relatos da trajetória de Lina Bo Bardi na Itália

Abstract

This article reviews the biographical accounts of Lina Bo Bardi during her period in Italy, based on research held by the author. Two documents have contributed decisively for this work: an interview of Lina Bo Bardi by Francesco Tentori performed in 1989, and an account of her former partner in Italy, architect Carlo Pagani, obtained from the Italian publication of Curriculum literary 1994. These texts provided the guidelines for the research held in Italy in 1998 with support from CNPq. Comparison to other reports and sources, identified issues that need to be taken account towards a better understanding of Lina Bo Bardi training period in Italy, before her trip to Brazil following Pietro Maria Bardi.
