METODOLOGÍA PRESENCIAL Y ONLINE EN MEDIACIÓN FAMILIAR LICITADA EN CHILE Y ACPP / FACE-TO-FACE AND ONLINE METHODOLOGY IN FAMILY MEDIATION TENDERED IN CHILE AND ACPP

Abstract

This article aims to compare the driving quality of the methodology used in family mediation services tendered in Chile from a face-to-face context to the transition of an online system, which had to be implemented because of the coronavirus pandemic. With a qualitative, comparative, and applied methodology for observing the use of the ECAME instrument, with a descriptive and exploratory system. Concluding both the face-to-face and online way of carrying out the mediation process in these dimensions, especially in attitudes consistent with public policies that deal with current regulations are evaluated in high quality. El objetivo del presente artículo fue comparar la calidad de la conducción de los servicios de mediación familiar licitada en Chile desde un contexto presencial a la transición de un sistema online, debió ser implementado efecto de la pandemia de coronavirus. Usando metodología cualitativa, comparativa y aplicada, observación del uso del instrumento ECAME, con un sistema descriptivo y exploratorio. Concluyendo que tanto la forma presencial como online de realizar el proceso de mediación en estas dimensiones, especialmente en lo relativo a las actitudes coherentes con las políticas públicas que se ocupan de las normativas vigentes se encuentran evaluadas en calidad alta.
