CHENG OF RESIDENTIAL AREA OF THE TERRITORY OF THE STAVROPOL UPLAND BY EARTH REMOTE SENSING (ON THE EXAMPLE OF STAVROPOL)

Abstract

As result of used topographic maps and Earth remote sensing (Landsat) was calculated residential area of Stavropol. From end of 1980 to 2015 years Stavropol residential area rise from 57.5 to 78,2 sq.km (36%), especially in south-west part.
