Local governance is a mechanism for achieving local sustainable development in Algeria

Abstract

تناول هذه المداخلة الحوكمة املحلية الرشيدة بالجزائر كأداة للتسيير الفعال للجهاز اإلداري املحلي،حيث يرتبط ترشيد نظام الجماعات املحلية بمدى قدرته على تفعيل الشفافية والمساءلة والسماح بالمشاركة الشعبيةفي صنعالقرار املحلي وتسيير الشؤون العمومية، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى االستجابة للمتطلبات الشعبية وتحقيق التنميةالمستدامةمحلياووطنيا This intervention deals with good local governance in Algeria as a tool for the effective management of the local administrative system. The rationalization of the local community system is linked to its ability to activate transparency and accountability and allow popular participation in local decision-making and the conduct of public affairs, this leads to respond to popular requirements and achieve sustainable development locally and nationally.
