Investigating error in criminal proceedings

Abstract

In this paper, the author discussed some issues of improving the investigative practices, improve the quality of investigation of criminal cases, the rule of law in the activities of criminal prosecution and respect for the principles of the criminal process. It was suggested to the author’s concept of investigative errors and some of their causes. The author also suggested some ideas to address the gaps and deficiencies in law enforcement bodies of preliminary investigation.
