EVALUATION AS TO QUALITY INDICATORS IN DENTISTRY IN THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OF FEDERAL DISTRICT.
Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to assess the quality management in public dental services across the Federal District to the concepts of quality of life and user satisfaction by checking the use of quality indicators and management tools for engineers dentistry in the State Department of health DF . Method : Evaluation will be conducted through a questionnaire , which contains eleven (11 ) questions aims to verify the knowledge of managers about quality management , utilization management tools , model currently applied , effects on attendance at public service and user satisfaction . Results: It was shown in this study that there is a clear need to stimulate discussion of dental professionals as quality management in the public service, establishing criteria of social context , since it is known that the enormous social inequality requires different forms of organization services in order to provide equitable services and quality seen in view of the user , the following organizational principles and guidelines of SUS.
